Боюсь, что в западном мире не везде программистам дают высыпаться. Вон команда макинтоша носила маечки -- я работаю 90 часов в неделю и мне нравитсяА про Близзард пишут на глассдоре (Правда считается, что это результаты взрывообразоного роста в результате успеха WoW, типа раньше все было человечнее): *Mandatory overtime is illegal, but employees were told they should volunteer for OT 'if they value their job'. Was working ~80 hours a week when SC 2 GoldMaster disc was shipped. *One of the lowest paying studios in the industry - There will be overtime. With the strong organizational commitment to quality comes the desire to make the games as good as they can possibly be. Given the volatile nature of the industry and the speed with which features and requirements change, this desire often necessitates overtime when putting products out the door. - Too easy to get burned out. There's too much info you have to know because the games you support are always changing. There's always "one more thing" you have to do in the ever-growing list of tasks per call or ticket, all while keeping the handle times low. Training is provided, but it's nowhere near enough. http://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Blizzard-Entertainment-Reviews-E24858.htm
